Elderflower Citrus Tea Recipe

If you’re looking for something light and floral, with the added flavor and benefits of citrus, this elderflower citrus tea is just the thing. The citrus supports the natural fruity floral note of the elderflower for a nicely balanced and rounded tea ready that gives your immune system all the best support it needs.

Elderflower Citrus Tea Mix

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the dried elderflower, dried orange, lemon, and grapefruit peel.
  2. Gently stir to combine and mix ingredients through evenly.
  3. Transfer tea blend into a one-quart glass jar or other sealed container. Seal with a tight-fitting lid for storage.
  4. To prepare Elderflower Citrus Tea, use one teaspoon blend to eight ounces steaming-hot water. A teaspoon of honey lends a nice sweetening balance that complements the citrus in the mix.
